Gruman’s Gym, Guagua’s most popular gym for teens to middle-aged people, is looking for volunteers to be on the judges for its first-ever body beautiful competition, which will take place in April. The game will pick the person whose body has changed the most in the two months since March 6.

Each candidate will be evaluated by 5 judges, which Gruman’s Gym owner, Lorence Banal chose to get from different fields to make a fair judgement. “We’re not just going to use other bodybuilders as judges to see how much these candidates have improved. He said, “We want people from all walks of life to be able to say what a beautiful body means to them.”

Lorence says that the purpose of the race is not really to find the best candidate. Instead, it wants to teach people, especially young people, how to check on the health and state of their bodies and stay healthy. He thinks that the candidates, who represent the young generation of today can serve as role models to live a life of wellness.

“Everyone is busy with their own lives. Even though we enjoy the new trend of eating at restaurants with “unlimited buffets,” our habits may be hurting our physical health, even though we enjoy it. He said, “A healthy living, like going to the gym, would help.
